I agree with the FatMat product referral. I used it in my '71, then put marine grade carpet over it, and it is almost as quiet as a new truck is now. I don't see any reason you couldn't use the rubber floor liner over it. I got mine off Ebay, and it was a good bit cheaper than most other products out there. I'd use it again without reservation.
