'Vettes and trucks, my genre choices as well, not in any specific order.
Last year any chrome bumper appeared on a Corvette. Tell us a bit more about it when you have time. I have an '81 4-speed soon to be a big block 5-speed, just haven't decided how big the big block will be - somewhere between a 489 and a 565, have both, just not sure which way to go.
You'll find these trucks MUCH easier to work on than your Corvette, more room and cheaper parts.
How low do you want to go? 3/5 and 4/6 is doable without frame notching and with shelf parts.
