It just what its called. Usually in the paint supply areas in small plastic wrappers. Its a cheeses cloth with a tackyness that picks up lent ect so it doesnt end up in your paint. To my knowledge that plastic and vinyl paint doesnt do as well on metal but someone feel free to chime in. I have used it but only on vinyl.
