Agree with this. I have yet to do it to mine since I dont use them too often here, especially when the main reason for using them would be with the squirters, and my washer pump is dead. I measured the window a little bit ago, and 19" was the biggest that would work without touching the seal.
grs: the regular part stores have the size in the part #. IE: from autozone the duralast wiper for my suburban is part # DL-16. To get a 19" one you'd want part number DL-19
