There are two types of factory crew cab. The dual cab type, and the suburban 3-door type. Don't think there are many original 3-door conversions, more home done conversions. This is a dual cab type. It's not really a triangle filler plate as just a section of the cab. Think about it this way, the second row gets wing vents too!
With the color, it doesn't look too bad at all.
