If orange is your flavor, I'd suggest something pearl, maybe a burnt orange or almost copper. The mid 2000's Nissans had a nice pearl orange. Every manufacturer has their version of the copper pearl color. I would say to stay away from Hugger orange and Chevy engine orange, though. Very, very overplayed. Get something fancy that says you spent a ton of money on it, not a color off the walls at Home Depot's paint dept.
You can also think about doing a two-tone with white, pearl white, silver, or something like that. Crap, even lime green looks good with pearl orange. You can also do a light orange-dark orange two-tone.
