A friend of mine did it...he used a bottle jack you can get at the parts store, a set of casters out of JC Whitney, then just some old run of the mill boxed steel from a supply place. He used rods and cotter pins at the base of the hoist, then at the base of the arm so it could be dismantled and moved, or leaned up against the side of the garage. Worked well. Wish I had plans for it, but I remember it ran him around $75 once all was done, not counting welding materials, etc.
