What IS it with some vendors?? That drives me nuts. You'd think that businesses would be willing to help - or at least responsive. I CANNOT speak about dealing with CPP - I know there is a member or two that work there - and they are nice guys that are helpful to our members here in resolving issues.
Having said that - if you can't sort out the customer service issues - another vendor that has been spoken of pretty highly on here is Performance Online (POL). They sell same type of stuff regarding brake upgrades and suspension kits, etc etc.
