^^smog??? must be a cali only thing. Hell my state doesn't even have a inspection your vehicle has to pass.
Not really a lot of modifications to fit in a 5.3 or lsx for that matter. Especially if your going to run a carb setup on it.
Everytime I see a 454 in something I think "TURD" sorry, but I have never been around a street car that ran worth a damn with a 454. It seems that people hear the # 454 and think it makes 6-700 hp and if it actually does, there most likely not street driving that motor.
