If I remember right i was told to set the rear bag perches on the axle at ride height(5") in my case but parallel to the ground and then make sure the axle is centered to the notch when fully compressed if not you can adjust the panhard for left to right and the trailing arms for front to back to get it exactly where you need it at. when aligning it, at ride height is correct as thats where you will be driving majority of the time, but when on the ground the wheels will be centered for that perfect look. Naturally with the kick up on the trailing arms they will move foward and the truck drops about 1/4". I just think that with some minor adjustments you can get it right where you want it.
