Sweet deal ya that's cool makes sense completely. I have an '86 K5 Blazer that is a 6.2 Diesel and the 700R4 its sitting cause the blocks cracked where the starter bolts up due to stupidity from the guy I bought it from. That's why I was asking about the problems you had from your truck to see if I might have some of the same.
