I think if you take the lift blocks out and install drop shackles on the rear you may be close to what you want, the front of the blue one is likely a 3" drop axle and possibly a leaf or two removed, be careful which ones you remove though.
depending on your budget there are kits out there for drop leafs and axle, they can get up there in the $$ department but from what I hear they do improve the ride quaality
