The truck is looking great! There's not a more satisfying feeling in the world than to do a modification and each time, the truck gets better and better.

If it's running good, don't tear it apart yet!

By the way, do you still have the trailer mirrors that were on the truck when you got it? Or the bed hooks you pulled off? I'm trying to fill some of the holes that the previous owners drilled into the body. On the driver's door, there had been 3 different mirror set-ups in the lifetime of the truck (original 3-bolt mirror, trailer mirror, and some off-brand car mirror). I have holes everywhere, and many of them in weird places. It's got the original lacquer paint, and I want to keep it as long as I can. If I start welding all the holes closed, I'll have primer spots everywhere.
