East Coast Customs was the place making them. My truck is on its second set of step shavers due to an accident and both sets came from ECC. I hit them up about a year ago and they have no more love for the '88-'98 sportsides.
There used to be a seller on eBay with kits, but the last time I looked there I couldn't find them.
I can't remember where I got this link, but I found it a few months ago. I have no experience with the seller, so I can't vouch for them, but if you want shaved steps at this point, beggars can't be choosers.
