as far as flashing your ecm it will help even if you dont do any engine mods find some one thats reputable in your area so he can hook up his computer to your truck and drive it around you'll get the best results

I found my guy by going around to street rod shops and talking with guys that have computer controled engines in their rods and it seemed every one was using the same guy
