way back when !!! they used to put switches like that to kill the spark and you coast along for a few seconds pumping the gas realesing the switch to reignite the engine with a very loud backfire. isn't real good for the engine or exhaust system but deffinately fun when accompanied by a six-pack and roll yer owns
