Welcome to the board.
You have a great looking truck!
You can lower the front 3" with drop springs and drop shocks.
The rear can be lowered with drop leaf springs or a flip kit.
No one makes a set of drop spindles for drum brake trucks.
You can convert to front disc brakes with a set of 67-70 "conversion" drop spindles.
(That's what I suggest.)
