Well, it's midnight and I am awake, so I measured mine. It is stock. The thing to remember is that the measurement you get will depend on what height tires you are running.

I am running LT245/75R16, which are around 31" tall, I believe. My truck is 35" at the rear and 33" in the front from the ground to the fender openings.

Now, an accurate method should be to measure from the fender opening to the center of the axle. That will give you an accurate comparison of just the spring/spindle drops. Mine are 19.5" on the front and 21" on the rears. If you compare those measurements to yours, it should give you the drop on your truck.

The only caveat is that mine probably has the original springs (43 years old), so they probably have sagged a bit.
