I went outside to double check the front end and confirmed that the coils are cut. They must have bought drop coils and then cut an extra coil off. It was a confirmation by finger not by sight as I could feel the cut edge and not see it.

I didn't check the rear but from what I recall, they didn't look cut at all, so they must have done that properly.

So I have a 4" front and approx 5"-6" rear drop if I remove the rear bump stops as I think it is very close if not sitting on the rear stops. Or close to it.
