I would tend to think not. The reason being vacuum gauges apparently cannot be disassembled to be refaced or rebuilt like conventional gauges. I have an NOS Sun Vac-O-Meter with some spots inside the glass, which also reads a few pounds low. Several years ago I contacted all the aftermarket gauge rebuilders and electronic upgrade outfits, and none of them would work on a vaccum gauge.
