i have tried to weld manifolds and it is very hard!!! i used an arc welder and the right rods and i wasnt able to complete it!! i have heard that brazing them works but i dont no how the brazing deals with the heat of the manifold.
the way i was taugh was to heat the manifold with the torch and then start to arc weld on it but it isnt the easiest form of welding
