I looked at some of the parts wearhouse sites (Discount Car Parts Stuff). They offer lap but it says passenger side and driver side. The description is as follows :
Universal 2-point seat belt, 1.75" width x 54 inch full extend length. 10mm bolt mounting, comes with center push buckles.

Is this right for the center lap belt?
