Here is one way to resize:

Open your pic in Microsoft Photo Editor (or other photo application) and click on the "image" tab. The option to resize should be there. Resize the pic smaller to around 75% of the original...then save to a folder that you can find later. Then reply to this thread and hit the browse button below to find the pic you just saved. then submit. If it is still too large you have to shrink it some more.

Hope I didn't forget anything.

You can also email the pics to me, and I'll post them for you.
