I know a lot of people think that the 89-91 power mirrors are rare but I see tons of them all the time. I have two sets of them at the shop now.
I think the rarest option I have seen is the combo dome/cargo light f.monroe posted. Mainly beacuse of all the things posted on this site this is one I have never seen in person. Well that and a one ton with vacuum brakes but thats not nearly as exotic as the combo light.
Kills me to think how many of these I have over looked becasue I never knew they existed.
