Horrible pictures so it's very hard to say. You need to put your eyes on that one. Check all the "normal" spots real well.
My gut is telling me that the truck is a mess. If the rest of the truck is like the mess under the hood run away. It appears the heater is gone. The wiring is a fire waiting to happen. What's the rest look like?
Look at it, you might be pleasantly surprised. It really isn't tough to put a new wiring harness in these trucks.
