Lots of sping company's will make custom springs. I know "Riteway Spring Co." here in Tacoma, WA makes any custom spring you need. Whether it's leaves, coils, or torsion bars... lifted or lowered... they can do it.
But I'm sure there are lots of kits available through mailorder. You just gotta do some diggin'.. Check with National Tire and Wheel. They always have lift kits lifted in all the popular 4X4 magazines. I have bought a few lift kits from them myself over the years.
