The level of difficulty depends on your tools and skills. The lower saddles are riveted to the crossmember from the factory. So unless they have been off before, you will need to remove the rivets. This can be accomplished with a 4-1/2" angle grinder, a hammer and chisel, and a drill. The upper support can be modified if you have a welder or know someone with one. Unless you can find an original one for a V8 radiator.
