Got 4 kids here too and sing. income (and out of work at the moment) as well. I've been in your shoes. If you can afford to let it sit, then do it. If you need the scratch right now, then sell. You can always find another one and this great group of people will still be here when you do find another. One thing that all my kids have taught me is to be patient. If you can walk away until you're less frustrated, to me that's always the best. Heck now I even seem to figure out most of the problems that I have with the truck (and other issues) when I'm not even in the thick of trying to figure them out. Whatever you decide, best of luck and congrats on the addition.
