Re: 2'drop coil question.
We did when we put coil springs in the front of my truck. We ended up putting 2 concrete blocks and two people on the frame to hold it down.
Later I read a post where you can run a chain under the floor jack and up and over the upper control arm and when you jack it up the chain will pull things in place. I have never tried this method yet so I am not sure about how it all works.
