Re: Pro Street?
Tossing in my 2¢. Nice looking truck and I think you could fit in the prostreet class. But, how do you think you would do in that class? Could you go heads up against the area cars and trucks that would also be in this class? Or would you do better in say, if they are offered, custom or hot rod class? Trophys are nice, but I show just to show. I enjoy hearing everyone's opinions on my truck, good or bad. Our area has about a dozen prostreeters but doesn't offer that class in our shows. In my case it's usually a choice between custom, hot rod, or '73 to present. Knowing our area rides, I can't compete against the custom ones. And when custom isn't offered, they are all in the '73 to present. So hot rod is the way to go. I know sometimes they will place you where they think you should be, but if you are given the option, size up your opponents and choose your class accordingly.
