Yep. I ordered the SS set for my C20 in '99, and Inline Tube was the return address. I felt like a fool for ordering something from KS that was both made in and shipped from MI. I could've driven down there to pick it up!
Side note: The kit worked great except for the rear end. The box had the lines for a 1/2-ton 10-bolt instead of a 3/4-ton Eaton. When I called LMC, they said, "If that's what came, then that's what's in the kit."
I installed steel lines back there until I could call Inline Tube...which I still haven't done. Probably should get on that.
