Thanks ya'll. I'll take one in town with me, but seems like most of the parts stores nowadays just have things hanging on a peg, no one knows anything except how to look something up on a computer, if it ain't there it doesn't exist. I doubt if any of the ones closest to me have any studs to check the lug nut on.
The taper looks similar, but I didn't like the feel of it when I put the steel rim on, I feel certain it needs a plain old lug nut. I may end up going to all steelies anyway.
