My bushing are poly from GMC paul. Does anyone have a picture or idea of how the small outer bushing washer thing goes on?

It is flat on one side and has a small shoulder on the other. the shoulder is stepped up.

It came in the pack with that small step up on the out side, but i've tried a few times to install the arms back in the brakets and it keeps catching that shoulder and rolls it off.

Should that thing be turned around?
