I remember the bump-stop bracket rivets being in a recessed area on the bracket?? If so, the angle grinder/cut off wheel has to cut the bracket off & then go back & slice the rivets so it can be separated from the frame.

It might be easier to drill these & then separate the bracket from the frame.
