It's definitely a survivor. We use to out to my grand parents in the country and bring home wood for the wood stove with it. It would be stacked to the roof and the car trailer would be loaded the same. I remember one winter we had the trailer so loaded the tires were sitting on the fenders. And the trailer is no slouch. It's a Custom made trailer with dual axles and one ton leafs.
That's interesting about the radio. The hole does looks factory. It's not a perfect round hole, it has little tabs around it. Like they're there to keep the antenna from rotating.
And which one are the '64 caps? Like I said, it has 2 different style caps. I never even bothered to ask him why, I just though it was weird.
