Did some checking. Pressures are good. It's getting good and cold and it's reading 28PSI. I don't think it's cycling on and off like it should and it's freezing it's self up. I ran it for almost 10 minutes in the garage and it never cycled. It just kept running.
Anybody know how to adjust the cycle switch on the acumalator?

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
