There is 1 screw in the center of the plug on the engine compartment side of the firewall, remove it and unplug the plug on the firewall side. Sometimes the plug is difficult to get unplugged due to paint/undercoating/age. If you plan on using the wiring harness over be careful to not pull any of the wires out of the plug.

In the passenger's compartment side of the firewall, the fuse block has 2 screws kitty-corner from each other. Remove the 2 screws and the fuse block will come free of the firewall. Sorry, no pictures.
