Yes!
I think the last time I had to bench bleed without the "proper" tools, I used some regular fuel line.. Each port is a different size, I think 3/8 for one and 5/16 for the other.. and it was a real tight fit into the hole.. it worked well.. just look for bubbles in the reservoir when you're bleeding it since you cant see thru the hose.
