Doing the exact same Swap...
AA fails to tell you that you need to have the NP205-TH350 adapter and sleeve machined to fit thier 4-6 bolt adapter for the 4L60e. It is a *note in the instructions you can see on thier website for Part AA50-0405.

My T/C adapter had the bearing style sleeve. Remove the bearing and have .500 removed from Trans side. Don't forget to have the chamfer re-ground on the inside of the sleeve to assist with fitting the Trans shaft in there.
