Tim, I understand, as I have the same problem here. Want to finish others so some has to go. This is a very nice burb that with a little work could be nice daily driver.
Howlin, Its actually cooled off here a bit, only 105 today. Burb is not going anywhere yet so let me know if you want to deal on it.
