i have a 66 c-10 short step. its got the stock inline six in it now but will be rebuilding a 283 to put in it. i want the thing to run awesome and sound even better. im taking it to a machine shop to have it completely rebuilt. i was just wondering if there are any parts i should look into getting. also a good tranny to but up to it. any help would be great.
