They don't have the p/n 98-0006 linked from their site? You need external thread, 1/2", acorn seat, lug nuts.
The 93's are metric thread (14mm). An 82 would need 1/2" thread unless the 3/4 tons were 9/16" (that I'm not 100% sure about).
Edit* Another quick Google search says the 3/4 tons were indeed the larger 9/16" diameter. I went back to the same site & they have these listed....

Special GM OEM style 9/16" lug nuts with external threads. These lug nuts allow newer 90-99 Chevy/GMC wheels to put on 73-87 Chevy and GMC trucks. The internal thread is 9/16".
