I'm guessing it's a solid lifter cam since it has lash adjustment specs. The cam lift is how much it lifts the lifter (.298"). Multiply that by your rocker ratio (stock SBC is 1.5) to get valve lift (.447")
duration at .050 lift and LSA would help out.
