Go to DSLreports.com on the left, click on tools, then speed test and se where you are, then click on tweak test and follow what it says to do. One thing to keep in mind is alot of DSL modems keep internal error logs which will eventually slow you down. I recommend about every 2 weeks, unplug the power from your modem for like 20 secs then plug it back in. The speed will usualy go back up.
