my opinion on how the carb runs +/- electric choke came from reading about the edelbrock carbs; I think it said the manual choke models run 2% lean compared with the electric choke models.
'Wet' is my way of describing how she seems to run a bit rich, but that is probably a characteristic of the engine. There is a fuel smell when she's running.
Haven't done the mpg because the speedo is not accurate. Will have to do a run over a known distance one day to work it out.
I really don't care about fuel economy, as she runs well. I'm just out to make the most of what I have got already.
