I have read several articles on steering gear boxes, but a model 605 (I think) is what they referred to. Whether or not I am right is debatable, but this is what I remember. Whether or not it is from a truck is unknown to me, but I believe it is from a Camaro, or Firebird (late model).

Anyone else ????
