How fresh is the overspray? If the paint was sprayed w/in 24 hrs it could be rubbed off with acetone. If its fully cured it will be tougher. Hold a rag soaked with acetone on the area and the paint might soften up after 15 minutes. There are stronger solvents like MEK (methyl-ethyl ketone) that might work but it can be dangerous stuff.
