FYI the stabilizer is only a band aid. If it wobbled before, and went away when you replaced the stabilizer it will be back...with a vengeance as it will only mask the real problem and give it time to wear and get worse.

Line the truck up, balance the wheels properly, and see how it does, I would even go as far as to disconnect the stabilizer and be sure the issue is gone.
