after building 6 of these trucks in my shop I have come to the opinion that nos parts of this vintage are simply not worth the price people think they are worth. Let's face it, body gaps from the factory when our trucks were brand new were not perfect... They had a 10 millimeter tolerance that the factory deemed acceptable. I have used four sets of nos fenders in some of the builds and yes, they bolted right up but no, they did not fit "perfect" especially for the money that was paid for them. On my 61 apache I used goodmark fenders. I bought both for $400 and they honestly fit better than the nos ones. If you have "disposable" income buy the nos ones but if you want an honestly equal in quality, fit and finish I would say buy the good mark ones...just my opinion...
