thanks bruce, for the nice comments, and for the pictures! the hydro boost i got had two push rods with it 1) long, and 1) short, both threaded and a piece that looks like the piece you have at the pedal! i hope i can just cut the all thread i have, put two lock washers and nuts on it, and be good to go!

On a side note, once i got the motor in there i started thinking (man, i want love to hear it run again)! i thought of grabbing my electric fuel pump, my headers and some wires, hooking the radiator up, get a spare battery, and start it, but i didnt! i feel alot better knowing that i am just that close, beside bodywork, paint, interior, wiring harness, i pretty much am that close! as long as everything go's well this next year i'm right on track with getting it done!
